Important information about your holiday booking
THE BOOKING PROCESS

Please read carefully before booking.

All bookings are between Quidnunc SL (the company that owns the property) and the Lead Guest.

Daniel Rogoff is the 100% owner of Quidnunc SL.

  1. Your hosts are Daniel Rogoff and Natalie Dee. Contact is welcome via email, WhatsApp or Messenger.
     

  2. The Booking Form is to be completed by the Lead Guest, signed and emailed to the Quidnunc SL email (this is noted on the Booking Form).
     

  3. Your Hosts will keep in contact with you intermittently from when your booking is confirmed.

​These are the Terms & Conditions of your booking at Pleamar 30 the Property.

Please note that payment of the Deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
 

You must ensure that ALL members of your party understand and comply with these Terms & Conditions, as a legally binding contract has been entered into when you have paid the deposit for this booking.

Quidnunc SL reserves the right to demand the immediate departure of any Guests who fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions and for conduct deemed to be detrimental to the Property.

  1. Period of Rental. The holiday rental will commence at 4pm on your arrival date and will terminate at 10am on your departure date.
     

  2. Purpose. The Property is rented for holiday purposes only and only to the Guests named on the Booking Form. If at any time more people are found to be sleeping at the Property, the Guests will be asked to leave the Property immediately, the Security Deposit will be retained and no refund will be given as this is a breach of the rental agreement.
     

  3. Guests. The guests occupying the property must match the names on the Booking Form. No-one else is permitted at the property without prior written consent from the hosts, for example friends visiting for lunch or dinner, or having a party. This must be agreed with the hosts in advance either by email or WhatsApp.
     

  4. Passport/ID. To comply with Spanish regulations all owners of holiday rental properties are required to record and pass on to the police ID details (from national ID card or passport for EU/EEA/Swiss citizens, passport only for others) of persons staying at the property, just as hotels have to do for hotel guests. Therefore, all guests must provide a copy of their passport/ID and any other information as required by Spanish law, as part of the booking process.
     

  5. Pets. There is a strict ‘No Pets’ policy.
     

  6. Smoking. Guests agree not to smoke, nor to allow smoking, inside the Property at any time. Any costs relating specifically to the eradication of traces of smoking will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
     

  7. Booking and Payment. A booking is accepted following completion of the Booking Form and confirmation of availability.

    Once the booking is confirmed by Quidnunc SL, the Lead Guest is responsible for the full rental charge.

    A deposit of 25% is payable when a booking is made.

    The balance of the rental due shall be payable eight weeks before the commencement of the rental period.

    If the balance is not received by this date, Quidnunc SL will be entitled to re-rent the Property and the deposit will be forfeited by the Lead Guest and everyone in the booking.

    For bookings made less than eight weeks in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.

    Acceptable methods of payment are bank transfer, cash, debit and credit cards.

     

  8. Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is used to protect Quidnunc SL against breakages, loss, damage, unpaid local charges, additional housekeeping and any other charges.

    The Security Deposit is £250, this needs to be paid five days before your arrival date, by bank transfer only.

    This amount will be refunded to you within five working days of your departure date, less any damage, losses, unpaid bills, etc.

    In the event of substantial damage/abuse to the Property, the Guests will have to leave and find alternative accommodation at their own cost.

    In the event that the Security Deposit proves inadequate to fully cover any costs that arise, Quidnunc SL reserves the right to invoice the Lead Guest for immediate payment.
     

  9. Cancellations. Bank charges for processing the initial deposit and a further 25% administration fee will be deducted from any refunds made.

    If the Lead Guest cancels more than 12 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be returned in full, less any credit card/bank charges and the administration fee for processing the initial deposit and the refund.

    If the Lead Guest cancels between six weeks and 12 weeks before arrival, the Lead Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking deposit less any credit card/bank charges.

    If the Lead Guest cancels less than six weeks before arrival, the Lead Guest will forfeit 100% of the booking.

    The Lead Guest can also receive a full refund, less any credit card/bank charges, if they cancel within 24 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least six weeks before arrival.

    If Quidnunc SL re-rents the property for the rental period a full refund, less 25%, will be issued to the Lead Guest.

     

  10. Availability. If the Property cannot be made available for the period booked due to events beyond the control of Quidnunc SL and Quidnunc SL are forced to cancel the booking, the rental charge will be refunded in full and the Lead Guest and guests will have no further claim against Quidnunc SL.
     

  11. Non-payment of balance. If the balance due for the rental is not paid on the due date, then the rental is automatically cancelled and Quidnunc SL reserves the right to retain any and all payments received to date.
     

  12. Liability and Insurance. Quidnunc SL will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the guest or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the renting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever. 

    Your personal belongings, whilst staying at the Property, are only insured if you have your own insurance.

    Quidnunc SL does not accept any responsibility or liability for acts of omission of third parties, which may prevent or disrupt the Guest’s booking. The booking contract exists between Quidnunc SL and the Lead Guest and is limited to the rental of the Property and associated services only.

    The information and descriptions supplied here are believed to be accurate and offered in good faith. Certain features or facilities may not be available from time to time (TV, Wi Fi, swimming pool) due to circumstances beyond the Quidnunc SL’s control.

     

  13. Complaints and Problems. Should there be any problem or cause for complaint during or after the rental period, please contact the Hosts and we will endeavour to rectify the problem.
     

  14. Breakages or Damage. For the benefit of the next guests staying in the property, please advise the Hosts of any breakage or damage that occurs during your stay.

    Accidents do happen and we do not charge for minor breakages or damage which occur as a result of normal use but reserve the right to charge reasonable payment for breakages or damage which occur as a result of reckless or deliberate misuse.

    Any missing items must be paid for in full.

    The Lead Guest is responsible to inform the Hosts of any damage immediately.

     

  15. Care of the Property. It is the responsibility of the Lead Guest to take reasonable and proper care of the Property, its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in and around the Property and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition and state of repair as they found them.

    In exceptional circumstances, additional cleaning charges will be imposed depending on the state of the Property at the end of the rental period.


    It is also the responsibility of the Lead Guest to ensure that the Property is left secure at all times when it is unoccupied during the rental period.
     

  16. Pool Towels. Only the designated pool towels provided are to be used for the pool.
     

  17. EV Charging. Under no circumstances can any EV be charged using the electrical supply at the villa. The exception would be if a rate for the electricity use is agreed in advance in writing with Quidnunc SL.
     

  18. Departure. Guests are asked to leave the Property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them.

    The Lead Guest must ensure that all kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans are washed and clean or loaded into the dishwasher and the dishwasher is turned on when they leave. All dustbins in the villa and in the garden must be emptied to the street bins. If the dishes are not clean or in the dishwasher and the dishwasher turned on, and bins not emptied, an additional £50 charge which will be deducted from the Security Deposit.


    Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring more intensive cleaning, then this will be charged at £40 per hour and deducted from the Security Deposit.

    An additional charge can be applied in the event of a late departure that causes Quidnunc SL additional expense relating to the arrival of the next guests.

     

  19. Keys. All keys and fobs must be left at the Property on departure from the Property.

    A replacement charge of £40 will be deducted from the Security Deposit for each key and each fob that are not returned at this time.

     

  20. Right of Entry. Quidnunc SL reserves the right of entry to the Property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out essential repairs, cleaning and maintenance.
     

  21. Variation of Conditions. There can be no variations in these Terms & Conditions or in the terms under which the holiday is booked and no promise of refunds shall be valid unless in writing and signed by Quidnunc SL.
