The villa at Plaemar 30 is lovely, in a great location for getting about Punta Prima, close to sea front and restaurants.
The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well equipped - there wasn't a thing we needed in our stay that wasn't in a drawer, cupboard or the large utility room. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, with fresh bedding, bathroom and pool towels provided.
There was also a well-stocked library which should have something for everyone who wants to do some reading in the sun. The kitchen and bathrooms had been upgraded to a modern, clean design and well maintained.
The garden and pool areas were spacious with lots of mature flowering shrubbery and trees which made the outdoor experience feel private and secure. The pool had shallow and deep ends and lots of pool accessories such as snorkels and balls which was great, and though it was a bit on the cool side temperature-wise, once in it was nice and refreshing and we all had great fun in it.
We were also lucky to learn that our stay coincided with the UK owners (Natalie and Daniel) being in the area, so they were able to meet and greet us and get us settled in which was nice. Nothing was too much trouble when we were there, and any time we needed some help or information about the area they were around in under 30 minutes.
Also, I should note that the Whatsapp communication from the hosts from the moment the booking was made to the point of arrival and departure was excellent - Natalie provided all of the information needed at every point, and answered all of our questions within minutes, which really helped everything go smoothly.
We also really loved the area – promenade and beaches within 5 minute walk, plenty of excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets within a 10 minute walk, 15 minutes walk to go-karts, 40 minute walk to more bars and restaurants at La Flamenca, and a short taxi ride to other great local attractions such as La Zenia Boulevard, and Villamartin Plaza.
We enjoyed this lovely villa and great area - we'll definitely be back 😉☀️🇪🇸.

We had a wonderful time at Pleamar30 and miss chilling out by the pool already.

We found the house as it was left,
shaped to the forms of those who last sat on its seats and loungers,
forms no amount of cleaning or dusting could erase,
keen to welcome us in, whoever we might be, more ships passing in the night.
Welcome us it did with its warren of rooms,
corralling us in the kitchen to prepare our food and drinks.
While outside, nature crammed into a single space,
offered sun and greenery,
with the sound of splashing, laughter and poolside music.
A much needed break from the daily drudge,
a respite from routine with hardly a moment to stop and reflect on the house as it was -
the story in the pictures, the left behind books, the ornaments.
How many have sat at the piano and what music has been played on its keys?
Who has slept, ate, laughed, chatted here?
Their presence lingers in the air.
We meet them in doorways, in the corridors, by the pool
their footsteps almost silent,
When we have packed, cleaned up and moved on,
we will leave the house shaped to our form, our footsteps
a lingering presence for whoever comes next.
May they find the pomegranates have multiplied
and the lemons turned yellow (oh yes - and the mosquitoes have buzzed off

It was a spectacular place, with wonderful spacious rooms a fantastic pool and great facilities within the villa.
The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach front and 5 minutes from a large supermarket and several restaurants.
The area itself has lots to entertain for adults and children alike.
The hosts are very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. They are truly welcoming and helpful with whatever you need.
Fantastic holiday. We would certainly recommend.

I can only reiterate all the reviews below. We had the most amazing holiday in a fantastic villa with the most hospitable hosts, Natalie and Daniel.
We arrived in the early hours and were met by our host, he had turned all the night lights on which our children found very impressive.
All the information we needed was provided and anything we didn’t was just a message away. The Villa didn’t disappoint and was done to a high spec… comfy beds too!!
The beach really is 3 mins walk as is the nearest restaurant and cocktail bar!! There is lots to do, we loved the go-karting and the night market at the marina. The seafood is yummy!!
The pool was warm and clean and many hours were spent sunbathing during the day and playing cards in the evening.
It’s such a wonderful place to visit.. I cannot recommend it enough.
We will be back!

Would 100% recommend this villa.
The owners attention to detail was second to none, they were in contact both before and during the stay, they took in our food shop, recommended places to eat and drink etc.
The actual villa is beautiful, immaculately clean, comfy beds and everything you would need for a holiday in the sunshine, I honestly felt like nothing was too much trouble for them.
We were recommended to eat at a local restaurant attached to the go kart track and were not disappointed, don’t be put off by location, the food was some of the best authentic Spanish food I’ve ever had!!

I recently booked this villa for my family to visit me in Spain in June.
Once booking is paid in full you have direct contact with the owners who I can only say are the most helpful and accommodating people I have had the pleasure to meet. I was invited to view the villa and it didn't disappoint! No photos do this beautiful villa justice.
Every comfort you could wish for is there in this immaculately kept villa. It's high tech (so will be great for my older grandchildren), it's roomy and each bedroom and shower room is almost the same size (so no big discussion as to who's whose)! it's spotlessly clean, has a great spacious area around the beautiful pool, there is information on everything in the area (which is a great location), in all I couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you Natalie and Daniel.
I can now confirm my comments above as I have now stayed at the villa and it lived up to all its expectations for me and my family. There was nothing we needed, beautifully presented, everything spotlessly clean, the pool man came to clean and check the pool and any help you might need (highly unlikely) Natalie and Daniel offer almost immediate help.
Can't fault it, well done to them both for time and effort they have obviously put into making this such a beautiful place to spend a holiday. Thank you both.

Had a lovely stay at Pleamar 30 with my family.
Natalie and Daniel were fantastic hosts, and answered any questions we had promptly.
My mother-in-law who lives in Spain was even able to visit the Villa before our arrival, they really went beyond their duties as hosts.
Villa was fully equipped for all our needs with luxury touches like a coffee pod machine, filtered water and ice, air conditioning through out the Villa, laundry room was a winner , plenty of seating areas inside and out and a lovely outside pool with lots of sun beds.
Fantastic holiday, hope to go back in the future.

Had an amazing time during my stay (early May) at pleamar 30.
The Accommodation was very clean and spacious, plenty for a large family, with all the amenities one would need.
Just a couple minutes walk from the beach and also not far from local shops/restaurants etc - would definitely recommend and come back myself.
Booked the villa for a week with a couple of friends and couldn’t recommend it more.
Everything from the first point of contact with the hosts Natalie and Daniel to the dropping off of our rental car was spot on.
We were recommended by the hosts about local attractions and activities such as a padel court located a 10 minute walk away from the house (where we got a discount for staying at the villa) and food.
Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from nearby as well as a big supermarket and a quick and easy drive to the city centre.
The house was very clean, well kept and basically new (special mention to the beds for being that incredibly comfortable)
It is also well located, being a short walk away from the beach.
Overall I can’t thank you guys enough for our lovely stay and we’re hoping to be back soon.
