Perfectly situated 3-minutes walk from the Mediterranean Sea, where you'll find a range of beaches and bays ideal for snorkelling, swimming or simply a dip in the sea! From the villa at Pleamar 30 it's a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and supermarkets. You can also easily walk into central Torrevieja.

Super convenient, the kitchen is a few metres from the private pool, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors in the garden around the pool.
​
The kitchen is fully equipped with filtered water on tap, as well as filtered chilled water, and an ice and crushed ice dispener, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. And lots of cutlery, crockery, and everything else you need to make this a most comfortable holiday.
In the main part of the villa there are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a double sofa bed in the lounge and another single sofa bed in the twin room.

The garden suite has its own separate entrance, there you'll find an en-suite bathroom and a double sofa bed, as well as a fridge and a kettle.
​
All the bedrooms have super comfy mattresses, a firm and soft pillow for every guest, 50" Samsung smart TVs and the lounge has a 55" Samsung smart TV - you have a range of channels in multiple languages on all the TVs. There is a washing machine and a safe, as well as hangars, hairdryers, hand towels, bath towels, pool towels, an iron and ironing board.

You have private secure parking and car hire is not essential as there is so much to do near the villa.

Rocio del Mar, Torrevieja
​The villa is situated in an urbanisation called Rocio del Mar, by an area called Punta Prima, which is a dot south of the city of Torrevieja.
You'll find a wide range of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, banks, petrol stations and other services within a few minutes walk of the villa.
​
The La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall is 3.5 kilometers away.
With a range of beaches at your doorstep you will be spoiled for choice. From the villa you can walk for miles in either direction along the coast.
There are lots of coves and you could choose a different one to explore and swim in every day.
